Picnic in blue even if it rains this Saturday, August 17!
We had our eyes fixed on the sky and the good weather might not be there for our picnic in blue on Saturday August 17.
No problem, at the castle we will have the solution. We transform our “Picnic in Blue” into “Evening in Blue”. And almost nothing changes!
On the program: large tables in the Chamerolles hall for the meal. Imagine yourself in this sumptuous 18th century room, under a magnificent framework reaching 11 meters in height, under tavern-style lights for your meal. The view remains incredible over the pond and the park from all the bay windows of our room. You will therefore be sheltered for your meal.
The musical atmosphere will be provided inside by our music group.
The fire juggling show will still be on the program (if there is stormy rain, it will be an indoor light show).
And always the same instructions: come all dressed in blue (jeans, blue t-shirt, etc.).
A meal sheltered in a historic place...
Between the charm of the beams and the view of the park and the pond, the meal will be enjoyed in the best conditions. Sheltered, you can enjoy the musical atmosphere created by the Joe Sings group with notes of blues, soul, jazz and variety.
A unique moment in this room where it is usually reserved for weddings.

Musical ambiance concert during the meal
On stage, in the Great Hall, the music group "JOe Sings" will give you a unique experience to accompany your meal.
As decoration, the beams and the 18th century framework of the Hall.
With string instruments, our singer will lead you to the rhythm of the sounds of blues, soul, jazz and lougne music for an intimate and dreamlike stroll.
Concert from approximately 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Visit the castle by candlelight...
The castle will reopen its doors for 1 hour for a candlelight visit.
From 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., hundreds of candles await you to (re)discover our rooms in a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Collections and rooms will be discovered in the glow of this subdued light.
Fire juggling show...
After participating in activities and visiting the castle lit by hundreds of candles at your own pace, the evening ends with a fire juggling show in the main courtyard of the castle. Unique and fantastic performance.
Two artists, for approximately 25 minutes, will juggle fiery equipment and will amaze you during an unprecedented light show. To the rhythm of a breathtaking soundtrack, you will appreciate this brightness playing with our monument and highlighting the wings of the castle.
Fire juggling show: approximately 10:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The fire show is held in the main courtyard of the castle even in light rain. If it rains too heavily, the show will take place in the great hall of the castle in the form of an extraordinary light show.
