Exhibition of theater costumes from 21th september to 20th october
This exhibition presents costumes and accessories from creations by director Christophe Lidon – The Tempest, The Impresario of Smyrna, Life is a Dream -.
To create these costumes, a woman, Chouchane Abello-Tcherpachian, a talented costume designer, who has accompanied the creations of the CADO - Center d'Art Dramatique d'Orléans - for many years and knows how to surround herself with a myriad of 'artist-craftsmen (plumassiers, wigmakers, lacemakers, etc.)
Explanations and anecdotes accompany the public throughout the journey.
After having played on the stage of the Orléans theater and many others, these costumes and accessories still have stories to tell us or inspire us today.

The exhibition is visible in the rooms on the ground floor of the castle from September 21 to October 20 (vestibule, yellow room and red room).

The exhibition is visible during the castle's opening hours. In September from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day except Tuesday (closed). In October, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
