Inspired by our Renaissance Gardens, a flower art workshop will help you better understand nature in order to make floral creations

A Magical Evening at the Château
Saturday 10 June, 7:30 to 10:30 pm
An enchanting experience awaits you at the Château tonight! Take on our scent challenge and emerge victorious from our numerous puzzles in the park. If you find the solution to this garden escape game, a guided tour of the château by candlelight awaits you for a dreamlike experience. The subdued light of the rooms will carry you to our world of fragrance.

The Rose in the Middle Ages
Saturday 10 June and Sunday 11 June
Come and smell the roses through the worlds of perfumery, hygiene and cooking. The rose, the queen of flowers, can be found in floral water or in the spiced drink hippocras. Do you know that rose petals were used to create a kind of lipstick in the Middle Ages? Come and discover the 1,001 different sides about this well-loved flower.

“The Rose” Conference

In the company of perfume historian Elisabeth de Feydeau, discover the role of the rose in the history of perfumes. Her perfumed presentation will take you on a journey through the centuries to the present day. The programme includes a presentation followed by a stroll through our gardens in her company.
