Back to our chocolate workshop of March
Sunday 5th March, our chocolate workshop took place at the castle of Chamerolles. A beautiful and greedy bracket in expecting Pâques. 65 visitors came to discover the univers of our chocolate maker Sébastien Papion. He is famous in the Loiret Department. He always create a lot of chocolate characteres and items. During the three workshops, his mission was to share our skills and knowledges about this greedy product. All the sens of our visitors have been urge on.
For the second edition of this workshop, after the success of 2022, the visitors have been plentiful.
« On 60 availaible places, finally, we were welcome 65 visitors. Despite everything, a lot of people have been frustrated (Aproximately 50 peoples). At this moment, with the chocolate maker, we are thinking about the future edition of 2024 to welcome more of visitors explains Johnatan Savarit in charge of the programmation of the castle of Chamerolles ;
On the programm : the chocolate legislation, the differents jobs since the exploitation of cocoa bean to the transformation of the chocolate to become a delicious sweets. The origins of the differents makers and producers are very important to make a good chocolate. Sebastien Papion captivated our audience all the day. All the sens of our visitors have been actionate : the sight, sense of smell, sense of touch, hearing and taste. Everything is inclusing in this animation.
A chocolate marker, this is the same thing that a wine steward, two jobs where the assembly of good quality meaning permit the realisation of an exceptionnal product. The harmony is also very important in the processus of fabrication. The chocolates have our temperament and our caracteristics. Come from Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Equateur, the Indonesia or else ; the chocolate offer a large game of flavours explains Sebastien Papion.

The visitors have been invaded by this greedy activity. Sebastien Papion and his chocolate univers have hypnotize ou audience with this sensible bracket. A beautiful approach for this second edition of « nose to nose with the chocolate : in waiting Pâques ». Let's meet in 2024 for the thrid edition.
